Fourteen Days Annual Induction Programme (1^st -14^th  August 2019) titled 'Inception to Perfection' was organized for the new entrants of MBA & BBA School of Management, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun. The Programme was inaugurated by Prof(Dr.) Vishal Sagar Dean , Graphic Era Hill University where he guided the students by sharing with them the traits of a successful manager. The Induction Programme of students provided them the opportunity to learn on the expectations of the corporate. The sessions were activity based that were followed by many more interesting Management games.

School of Management invited Mr. Manish Kumar, Head (HR)-North Zone, Future Group for delivering a guest lecture to the students of Management on " Skillsets required to appear in Campus Drives". The session was extremely engaging for the students and they learned the traits from a future recruiter!

School of Management and School of Commerce had jointly organized Management Fest- Pratibha 2018, on 26-27-28 May. Students actively participated in various activities like ‘Best Out of Waste’ ,’Rangoli’, ‘Business Quiz’, ‘Role Play’, and various cultural programs.

Graphic Era (School of Management) organised an HR conclave on 12th May, 2018 on “Learning Challenges in the Digital World.” The event was marked by presence of dignitaries from the HR domain of corporate as well as the academia.

A "Post Budget Analysis" session was organised by the School of Management on Saturday, 10th Feburary, where the expert was CA Verender Kalra, Managing Partner, Verender Kalra & Co , Co- Chairman, PHD Chambers of Commerce, Uttarakhand. CA Kalra gave a detailed analysis of the proposed Finance Bill depicting the implication of the same on various sectors of the industry/society. He attended to several queries of the future managers during the Question & Answer Session.

The students of BBA final year visited the manufacturing plant of Amber Enterprises India Ltd.,(Selaqui) an ancillary of Air conditioner manufacturing for reputed companies like LG, Blue Star, Hitachi, Daikin, Panasonic, Micromax and Voltas on 5th February,2018. Students of BBA visited the manufacturing plant of Woodland. The students received practical exposure of operations of manufacturing.

The students of MBA ,School of Management exhibited the striking features of the Union Budget 2018 on 5th February by putting up an exhibition on the several aspects and its impact on various sectors. The event was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Jasola, Vice Chancellor followed by the visit of students of various courses during their break. This event ensured that all the students get equipped with the updates on the Finance Bill 2018.

Students of MBA (Batch 2016-18) Graphic Era Hill University visited #Dubai for 5th "International Immersion Programme" from 28th October to 1st November 2017 accompanied by faculty members. During the immersion program, students were exposed to the journey of Dubai to a preferred Investment and tourist Destination.

Mr. Prabhanjan Prasoon (Alumnus MBA, Batch-2005, AGM & Head-PMG Resourcing, Sopra Steria). and Ms Bipasha Batheja (Sr. Manager, Resourcing -UK & Indian, Sopra Steria), delivered a lecture on "Role of Artificial Intelligence in HR Transformation" to Management students of Graphic Era Hill University.

School of Management, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun Campus organized a Guest Lecture by Mr. Babar Afzal, a renowned activist and motivational speaker. Mr Afzal , an ethical Hacker who quit his corporate career to become a Shepherd in High Himalayas to save the Pashmina Goats. He is a Pashmina Artist, Pashmina Activist and a "Pashmina Goat Shepherd". He is the founder of the Global Pashmina Goat  featured regularly in state, national and international media. He has been referred many a times as "the most credible voice on Pashmina in the world". He is a public speaker and is regularly invited at various Business Schools in India, Universities and Leadership Conferences including the prestigious B schools and is a public speaker on topics of TIME, Culture, Sustainable Development, Leadership, Chaos, Project Management, e-commerce and Project Management.
The students were not only enlightened by his words of wisdom but also encouraged to achieve their dreams. It was indeed an honour and privilege to have him as a guest speaker.

Kaya & Christiane were invited by Graphic Era Hill University to address the students from Management department. Students received beautifully the teachings on "Importance of Emotional Intelligence" and we wish them all a wonderful journey ahead.

Christiane is a world renowned expert in symbolic language and a spiritual teacher. She had a flourishing career as a wall street banker having successful stints as a leader in companies like Merrill Lynch. Even after experiencing material abundance she took on the the path of ANGELIC YANA and focussed on her inspirational spiritual advancement. Today she is life teacher and mentor to many creating a deep impact in their lives through her experiences and teachings.
The Sessions were mesmerizing leaving a life time impact on the future leaders!
